Bad Timely service iro migragtion

Very very dissapointed, an Agent send me a email on 30/07/2026, asking if we want to migrate to a different package, because ours is being discontinued, I agreed, and emailed all relevant documentation, today after asking for a order or reference nr for the 5th time I was informed that the procedure is not even finalized, almost 3 weeks later and a simple procedure to migrate us to different package is not done. This is truly unbelievable, if you go to any other service provider, they will do it in less than a hour, Telkom cant do it it 3 weeks and then you will have to wait another 2 weeks for the new modem and handset.
