Bad termination of contract experience

I am extremely disappointed in you guys, i did cancel the contract with you guys, i accepted 30 day notice Wich i allowed you guys debit me after I canceled. So I was surprised to see the debit oder from you guys Wich i disputed knowing exactly that I don't ve any contract with you. I saw massages that need to pay and make made a call to understand what is it that i am paying for because I don't have any contract with you guys only to find out that it was for insurance, Wich i also asked person who was assisting me to termite everything. Worse case scenario you handed this matter to the lawyers within 30 days for insurance, like i don't understand its not like i owe you money, your decision was unfair and extremely, it's my 1st time seeing insurance taking client to the lawyer you could have just terminated insurance instead of handling the issue to the lawyers. I will never ever Wana make any business with you guys.
