Bad Telkom, worst service provider ever!!!

We got a fiber line with a data sim card. We got the sim card activated but no data has been loaded. We are away from home and we are unable to use the data sim card. I called their service line and they are unable to help us and they said the sales department is unavailable and we can only get hold of them on Monday and its now Saturday. It is unacceptable having no data after we had gone to the shop to pick it and get it registered!! And it is still not working, now we have to go back to the shop to fix it!! Very bad service!!
