Bad Telkom shop service Someret Mall

This was the third time I have no help from the staff at the Telkom shop in Somerset Mall, First time middle of 2017, we got to the counter the gentleman on the other side ignoring us and handing out fisherman`s friends to his collages, the lady next to me looked at me and just said they are not going to help us, she will wait for the lady to help her, cause she was actually helping customers. The second time we entered the shop and there was 1 person behind the counter, the shop was full, we turned around and left, Third time, yesterday we arrived at around 10am, the shop was full, although there were telkom staff on the floor, it was not organized, there were no one at the counter staff or customer, so we went to stand at the counter, the telkom staff lady came to tell me that the line was at the back, there were no line, just people standing around, we left. I understand if it is busy but get a system, we are waiting to upgrade since 23 November 2017, no one could help us, we tried upgrading online we are still waiting for just a reference number, we tried taking out a cell phone contract online last year we are still waiting for a reference number, so we have accepted that telkom does not want help us anymore.
