BAD TELKOM SERVICE MISLEADING CONTRACT AGREEMENTS

<p>I obtained a telkom contract 3months ago, I was told there will be a test debit order that will occur and then the money will be refunded back in my bank account, its 3month now still nothing happened, R1699, for a month iv been following the case, no response or communication is send to me. </p>
