Bad Telkom service

Telkom is a joke. I canceled my account in November 2019. And run my notice period out then i get a bill for a Router THAT I DIDNT SIGN A CONTRACT FOR. I called and lodge a dispute and the call centre told me that it is a mistake on there side and they will lodge a dispute to get this problem fixed. They did nothing now i get another bill and the router is not taken of my account and they owe me money know. Telkom is a joke I will never sign anything with them again or suggest anyone to go with them. And try and debit my account i will reverse it.
