Bad Telkom Service

I lost my sim card last week due to fact that I kept on changing it since the telkom coverage wasn't there in my area for almost 4 days. When I tried calling customer care I did not receive any help they just said I have to wait until shops are open since there was civil unrest. I waited and then yesterday 22nd of July I went to the nearest branch at Atrium Mall in EShowe. I got there at 3:30 pm the lady said they close at 4 pm so she cannot help me do a sim swap. I explained to her that I need to get important calls in my number. She wouldn't budge she just said 'sorry we are closed' yet there was still 30 minutes left for me to so the sim swap. I'm utterly disgusted by their services. I don't even the energy to do this sim swap anymore just thinking of changing networks because Telkom always has issues.
