Bad Telkom Service

Telkom customer service is terrible. My internet and landline has been off for almost 2 weeks and i heard no response back from Telkom even thou i asked for a response more than a week ago. I had to hear in the news that cables were ****** in the area and Telkom could not even let us know. Before cables were ****** we had no internet and landline because of some problem at the main station i was told. No response from Telkom at all. I have to keep borrowing someone else phone to call Telkom because my landline is off aswell. This is an inconvenience for me. Telkom is quick to switch off the line when it is not paid yet this is the kinda service you receive from them even when you have paid every month. I am so ****ed at Telkom that i cancelled my line with them. I still havent heard back from Telkom regarding my line that is off or about me cancelling my contract with them.
