Bad telkom service

Never never in my life do I ever want to deal with telkom again .there service is **********.how is it possible that I can cancel my then telkom service.pay a huge amount,receive confirmation from telkom ,then almost a year later receive a text saying I need a lawyer. To the manager of telkom ,do you even know what is going on in this company,as the service is ****
