BAD TELKOM SERVICE!!!!

I have a 24 month mobile contract with Telkom in which I receive 2 gigs of data for whatsapp and 2 gigs of data for internet, which in total makes 4 gigs of data. For the month of March I only received 3 gigs of data and contacted Telkom several times concerning this, each time a call center agent would drop a call in my ear or tell me to send them emails with proof regarding this matter but never get back to me. Today I went into a Telkom store and still no help. I am very disappointed with the service I have received from Telkom! I wouldn't recommend the service provider to anyone and I don't think I'll upgrade my contract either. I honestly regret porting from Vodacom, and I will just cancel my contract.
