Bad Telkom service

I received an LTE packet router from Telkom. They didn't tell me that it would not work in my town. I reported it about a month ago and they did not came back to me but I must still pay for the product even if it do not work

They wanted me to pay R2 000 to cancel the product even if it was not my fault. What must I do now?
