Bad Telkom service

I have reported my ADSL line and Telkom line numerous times only to have them either do nothing or keep saying it is my ADSL filter. Fine let me do my part so I bought a new router and 2 X new ADSL filters and installed them and still the ADSL runs at half speed and my line is noisy. I reported the ADSL to my ISP and to date Telkom have done nothing. Now with my latest reference the line is dead on Telkom side and if it comes on has a lot of noise and drops after a minute. My wife depends on this line for business and we have lost a couple of deals due to this. We have said numerous times to call me if they come to my house but hey still insist in arriving at my house unannounced. Too date for the lat two months I am running at half speed ADSL and noise on line and now, a dead Telkom line.
