Bad Telkom service

I reported my Telkom line a total of 21 times from the 30 November 2018 and my phone line is still dead. After reporting it, about 5 minutes later it works, but an hour or so later the phone line is dead again. carry on from last year November. Line is still dead. Pathetic service from Telkom. I even phoned a few times , nothing happens.
