Bad telkom service

I am upset with telkom services. I had placed and order online for a mobile device. A consultant called me to confirm details and approve online application I have been waiting for a month now and I do not have the mobile device. I have been interacting with them on twitter and they keep saying they will call me back. I have called the call centre and I can never get through. This service is unacceptable and not good to any of their customers.
