Bad telkom service

Im having a verry bad experiens with telkom lately im with them a many years now but all out of the blue now for 2 months i payed my account but dosent reflect on my app and my line have a problem so they came and put a new 1 from my house to street but never conecting it so just to get them to conect it is frusstrating afther 2 fauld logs and speaking to a consultant to put a nother fault log stil nothing not even appointment is made to come so now there is 3 fault logs in the system but no response im sitting with my hans in my hair because end of month mweb needs a payment and i didnt use them because of this fault and now its almost 2 months now
