Bad Telkom Service

I have capped internet currently and want to upgrade to uncapped internet.

After several online "applications" someone phoned me and I said I want to upgrade, "No problem sir, it will be an automatic upgrade and will be active withing 5 working days"

This is now 2 week later and still no upgrade...

It is so so frustrating... Why cant Telkom deliver a proper service, service like this will make me change service provider.
