Bad Telkom Service

I was contacted by Telemarketer on the 11th or 12th November 2015. Placed an order and was promised a call from technician and delivery within 7-14 Days. Till date nothing. I called the call center and spoke to a lady by the Name of Shasvita, she promised to call back within 30 minutes and i did not hear from her again. Called again and spoke to a lady by the Name of Tebogo who puts the phone down. Telemarketers only process the order on the 25th of November. Nobody can seem to help me. Each agent i call gives me a different story. What is going on?
