Bad Telkom experience

I would not recommend Telkom to anyone, I app**** for Telkom ADSL, did the registration and paid the R700 joining fee for the technician to come and install the Telkom line (mind you that said Internet coverage is strong in my area) Today was the day the suppose to come and install the line but no technician came to my house. I called them and they say that the technician said the cables for my area is ****** and he cannot install WiFi in the area, but my neighbour's for 10 years does have Telekom WiFi and since we have lived here there have not be any cable theft and their call centre agents are just blatantly rude and arogant. I would not recommend their services to any one rather choose an indipendant contractor and the think all people in small towns have small minds
