Bad Telkom customer service and retention.
A BIG BOO BOO on Telkoms part on this one!!!Telkom, ran a special last month 40G + 40G and router for R369 in August. my Mom who is a pensioner (78 yrs old and only gets a govt grant), tried to change her package which is the same just the 20G + 20G one to this one, she pays nearly R480 a month for this. AS it is only a year old they refused, what a load of bull on Telkoms part, no wonder they loose customers all the time and she wont be renewing when the time comes, thats for sure. She should not have been sold this package in the first place.

Now you have this bundle for October, maybe youll be kind enough to change her to this one at least.
Be sure about one thing if this isnt resolved in a good way for her she will not come back as a customer for any of your products again...
Remember shes paying nearly R480.00 a month for a ****py product.
Telkom has revealed its Big Deal for October 2018 – a 40GB+20GB LTE package.
The deal is based on a SmartBroadband Wireless 10GB package, but includes additional data.
Users will receive:
40GB Anytime Data
20GB Night Surfer Data (Midnight – 07:00)
Huawei B525 LTE Router
Price – R359 pm x 24
Telkom said the Huawei B525 router provides download speeds of up to 300Mbps and upload speeds of up to 50Mbps. It also supports up to 64 devices, and an RJ11 port for a voice connection.
The deal is valid until 31 October 2018 or while stocks last. Users are advised to check Telkom’s LTE coverage map before purchasing the deal to ensure they are in an LTE-covered area.
