Bad Telkom customer service

I have never received such bad customer service ever in my life - had to call in through to their call center 4 times, and only to be placed on hold for more then an hour each time, till the agents hung up the call. All the agents I spoke to had my number but did not even bother to call me back. Now I have to wait up 24hrs for my network to be reconnected - I have lost half of my day trying to get it sorted - I will definitely be cancelling everything I have with Telkom and I would not recommend that anyone else uses them for business.
