Bad Telkom Customer Care Service

Telkom is by far a very great seller of cellphone contracts with very poor customer service, I had 2 cellphone contracts with them n ended up putting them up for cancelation within a month or so of being with them, the free me bundles gets depleted within a few days n the network coverage is so bad, in certain areas, you have to stand on a certain spot to be able to receive n send/make calls/messages. After putting up both my lines for cancelation I was never notified of the cancelation confirmation n only one number was canceled yet I was told I'Il receive a call from the cancelations team n I didn't. Very poor service.
