Bad Telkom!

I filed a complaint on 9 September 2020 about my internet connection, got an update on the 26 September but no solution. No internet access, no solution but their debit is never late. Horrible service, no solutions, even worse customer interaction. I would never have signed up if I knew this nonsense was on the cards from them!!!
