Bad Telkom Bad!!!

Hello Peter...i don't kno why but for the past for years that I've had this contract with Telkom i have been having endless problem..i get charged for things that wasn't even my fault...i get send from pillar to post when I enquire about why they so negligent in doing what they must do.I updated my new bank details to(2) months in advance and was told that the my debit order of 105.00 rand will come off at the end of each month.I was however never debited and penalized owing up to 400 rand eventually but that was not even due to my fault.I think Telkom is very unfair or just plain cunning in getting money out of me and anybody else.
