Bad Telkom, Bad

Telkom mobile has been taking money in my account exceeding the duration agreed upon, now I have money stuck in my telkom account and requested that it should be transfered back to my bank account since the 15th of August 2022, till date the money has not been transferred back, logged a lot of cases with this regard and nothing has been done, but the the logged casses are being closed every 3 days, I have sent through relevant documents needed as per their request but still no resolution.
