bad Telkom an OMART Insure friendship or 3rd paryt repairs

my Honor90 screen replacement was a terrible journey, OMART Insure demand R3000 for a R11500.00 phone aparently they say the phone is worth R20k "sucha rip-off" they inflate device prices on their servicelog list so that they can inflate percentage cost of customers.

I tried to call the Telkom help desk and support offices. Their website only shows customers their accounts and statements - the GetHelp functions route to an empty webpages. All the links that needs customer intervention with the Telkom Agents are not working.

I ended up calling the OMART Insure, I told them to return the phone or else I am not paying the contract - I will find alternative ways to repair it elsewhere. Do not bother going to the Telkom Branches, you will not get help.
