Bad Telkom

How can there be NO manager for telkom client's to speak to? Call centre agent's give incorrect information. Can't get through to stores??

Still waiting for Sanele, the "manager" from the Johannesburg call centre, to get back to me with a simple email.

I really DO NOT KNOW what is going on with Telkom.
