bad telkom

this is the second time im posting a review in 2022 i went to the telkom shop in upington at the kalahari mall to get awifi lte line because at the time we did not have fibre available in our area ,i spoke to the salesman and explain what my crisis was due to the fact that vox has drop me with there service due to cable theft ,he assure me that i wont have a problem because there is lte coverage in my area so i put in the application and was approved i waited a whole week because that salesman was not honest he knew the router would come on the saturday but he **** everyday it would come the next morning so on saturday he called and said i should come and fetch the router ,i again asked him almost times is it going to work because i saw on facebook people were complaining he again assured me its going to work he tested it instore and it work so i went home plugged it in it just connect and then disconnected so i call him right away only then he said it has been 2 week they have the problem of cable theft in my area i was mad and asked him why he had **** to me he said the teqnichians are working on the problem trying to replace the cables i said it was unfair of him to sell something to me which he knew its not working so i said to him that saturday of august i want to cancel because i dont want to have something i cant use ,he said i must come on the monday 08/08/2022 i put in the cancellation request ,the service number is *** and my reference number is ***1 ,telkom logged a default against my name on the credit bureau's
