bad technical service ...Telkom

Pathetic service from Telkom..increased my internet speed from 4mbps to 10mbps and have been battling with the internet ever since. The technicians at the call centre have been unable to assist me, a technician was assigned to me who found no fault with the line and sent me to the branch cause he felt the router was faulty...router is perfectly fine according to the technician at the store..i am so fed up going in circles ...having to work from home and having to deal with these issues is totally unacceptable.
