Bad Tech Support
I have been a Telkom ADSL customer for about 4years now and never had any issues. Until now, I migrated over to the Vumatel Fibre network with Telkom as my ISP. The installation by Vumatel was seamless but the service from Telkom is shocking. After numerous calls and tickets to get my package activated, to the support to setup my router with no joy. I would really appreciate some urgent assistance.
