BAD SUPPORT SERVICE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

You called me, sold me a package, faster line and blah blah blah. 2 weeks later i get a email so say that all is ready.....i cant get any technical support to help me set up. Sending emails dont work, tried the chats...no luck.......most of the self help pages doesnt wor****!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I'm FEDUP! I want to cancel everything and i will go back to the previous service provider!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
