Bad support

In Namaqualand the bulk people speaking Afrikaans, and we did send an email for support to Telkom Internet Support, and did receive the below mail back from them. With this in mind, how can we getting support from Telkom, if we cannot speak in our speaking language, if South Africa is a land where all 11 languages been supported.
