bad supervisor

Fist of all I think one star is to much. My wife bought Me a cell phone contract on her name .We upgraded in July 2019 to a huawei P Smart 2019, now my phone is malfunctioning. it is still under warranty. We went to the store in Rustenburg waterfall mall a few times and first they were off line , like always!!! The guy at the tech dept. help us as far as he can but they needed my wife to come in as she is the one with the contract. got to get my wife and then they told us they need proof of purchase. witch we don't have because its a contract. Friday after work we went there again with my wife, now they need a proof of purchase, they tech guy tried to help Us but his Supervisor (A white lady) said... no screamed at him I cant help them I must go home now... I went ballistic and said her service is bad. I fell relay sorry for this people working under this lady!!! My broken phone is still in my possession I will try again tonight.
