BAD START TO A NEW SERVICE!!!!

<p>Hi Telkom - Please can you explain to me what the purpose of schedul...ing an appointment is when it is not kept? I had a new line installation scheduled TODAY for the 7:30 to 12:00 session. Here i am STILL waiting!!! I have phoned the centre 3 times and eventualy got hold of the actual technician scheduled to come.. he now says he might only come tomorrow! This is unaceptable! you scheduled today and the time and i said that was fine. YOU are not sticking to your appointments! this is very un-professional and already shows how unrealible Telkom is.. Not a good start to a new service! SORT THIS OUT TODAY PLEASE!!!!</p>
