BAD STAFF TRAINING RESULTS IN A BIG ******* FROM TELKOM

<p>Besides all my other contracts, I recently started a FREEMEFAMILY 30GIG contract.</p> <p>The knowledge on how to work this contract from anyone i have spoken to in TELKOM is appauling!!!!!</p> <p>Telkom took it on themselves to set the CAP at R1000!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! without asking me!!!!!!!!!!!!!</p> <p>With all the money I spend with Telkom every month I am thoroughly shocked and extremely disappointed and am strongly thinking to move to another service provider</p>
