Bad speed from telkom

2 months ago we moved from fixed line to lte. We subsribe to unlimeted and 10mps speed. Now we are worst of tgan before. I test speed and it does not even come to 2mbps speed. Try to report a lot of times, but no respond from telkom, but i must pay more than R800 per month. This is very frustrating. My landlune number is ***, but it is voip now.
