Bad, sorry... NO service from Telkom!

Telkom is simply incapable of fixing my line resulting in me having intermittent adsl connectivity for the past two months. All I get from Telkom is reference numbers and promises. Where they good at is charging the full amount each month. I regret the day I decided to go with Telkom. They have become so big that we the customer is just like a small fly they can easily ignore. Can't wait for this contract to expire in two months time.

Goodbuy Telkom in advance. Worst customer experience ever!!
