Bad shocking experience

Good afternoon,

A horrible experience and service I received at Jubilee Telkom mini store, I was assisted by a guy who didn’t state his name he was not wearing his tag name, as he was helping and I was asking him questions a rude and unprofessional lady keep on interrupting our conversation. I felt soo disappointed. I’ve been a loyal customer but today I was treated like a newbie without even understanding what I was requesting. I won’t believe if they can tell me that stuff is trained. Shocking service ever.
