Bad Shocking, disgusting service from Brian

I am absolutely shocked and disgusted in the way my query has been handled by your consultant Brian . I called in on Friday Brian put me on hold for more than 30 min then he disconnected as if I don’t have work to do . The guy sounded as if he just woke up and not knowing her job Bad service ever!!!?????
