BAD , shocking customer service

never try and cancel part of your service with Telkom

I tried to cancel my ADSL line and keep my landline and they confirmed that this was done but they cancel my full service and now refuse to reinstate My line . they want to offer me a wire solution which is not what i want as it does not work in my area or suits my requirements . I now do not have any land line and i have had a line with telkom for 40 years so much for customer service there error and now will not make it right
