Bad Sevice

I just renewed my internet contract with Telkom with this renewal they offered me a cell phone contract through their agents" sell direct " who I had never heard of ubtil they delivered my new router by courier. In their wisdom Telkom gave all my details including my banking details to a third part namely "sell direct" without my permission, in fact when they phoned me as they knew all my details I thought it actually was Telkom. Now I have discovered this phone is a load of *******. Despite sending e-mails they will not pick this phone up from me. The service from Telkom disgusts me as a loyal customer I feel let down.
