bad servirse

i have two contract with them wifi sim and cellphone phone contract is telling me im blacklisted and im owing them when checking everything is good and infarct they owing me R20 now im stuck with a phone saying no service and im still paying for it next week they tell me to pay full amount when it was a there repairs and wasn't fixed / resolved it only using wifi .... nxaa
