BAD SERVICES!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Worst Ever!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have a line with TELKOM from May 2018 for the amount of 217 pm in Oct 2018 i get a bill from them for an amount of R1,926.54 - for a ADSL service , which i have with Mweb from Dec 2017. i have called telkom and was advised that i will have to submit a cancellation and it will take 30days and they will log a query with the billing department. its now 3 months later and after my calling them over and over i still didnt get any feed back and my line is cut. the best part i that i still have to pay mweb for the ADSL and Telkom for the rental of the line and nothing is getting done!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
