Bad services, Telkom Boulders Mall.

I went Telkom in boulders mall to do a simswap. I was involved in a house *******, and they took my valuables, ie Phones, laptops including my ID. I had an affidavit, driver's license and a passport, and they couldn't help me, they wanted an ID. Like is that even fair? so I must be unreachable because I got ****** and do not have an ID? It's not like it's my first time I am a customer there; they have my details. Very bad service I regret being their customer, I will definitely cancel my contracts with them.
