bad services Telkom

BAD SERVICE THAT I RECEIVED FROM TELKOM I HAVE LOST MY PHONE AND I SUBMITTED A CLAIM AND I PAY EVEN ACCESS AMOUNT OF R500 and they told me it will take 48hrs to send my phone but still I didn't received anything yet and the worse part they don't inform me how far I have to call them again to ask and only then the send me email informing me it will take 3 day for which its not on please assist as soon as possible
