Bad services

They fail to debit on the agreed date and then you have to pay penalty fees for something that is their fault. When they debited my account with penalty fees at the end of September, my services have never been reconnected, instead they say that I owe more than what we agreed on, the Sim card is not working, my services were paid, even now it still say that I owe them money while I did pa. Their website is totally useless and does not help with anything, their WhatsApp is also useless, I'm expected to pay for something that I have not been using. This is a money making scheme, does not care bout their customers
