Bad services

Telkom is so disappointing . I'm actually more disappointed as a person that worked in that store My account is locked even after so many calls I made daily and emails I sent with no response nor acknowledgement of the email So what happened is that they debited my account for 2 months and still locked my account basically I'm paying for services lm not using I'm actually thinking of going to ombudsman because all I get is your services will be reconnected in 24hrs (it's been 24hrs since last week tuesday) Its frustrating to be paying for services such as airtime,sms's and data ..and still have to buy prepaid on a different line (better be compensated for it) If I don't get any response by Monday I should contact your ombudsman. Your services are sickening
