Bad services by Telkom.

I have a very bad experience with Telkom, with their poor customer service as well as false promises.

My Telkom account is currently suspended while my account is on credit of about R1200. I am been expected to to pay for services that I didn't use and you just see contracts loaded into your account without you knowing.

Today is towards the end of the day and my account is still suspended.
