Bad services

I have escalated a compliant with them since the 03 October and every time i call i'm told 72 hours, if not the that Back office is still investigating talk about bad customer service, Telkom has been my worst nightmare and every time they have specials or good deals and people want to opt for it, I will advise them to not as Telkom has the worst services ever, the signal is bad, services is bad, roaming is bad and they don't care at all about they customers... one of of my friends even told me stop using Telkom as they wont refund you nor care about you losing business they just don't care its the worst Telecommunications company and they call center services appalling makes me sick
