Bad services and unfair interest charges

My mother haa been struggling with unfair increases of Telekom once my debit order hopped, they expect a reconnection fee of R200 after she tried to make arrangements for a EFT payment, they hardly answer the phones in the first place. She paid more than a R1700 just for one month where her installment is only R700 now a month later her account is more than a R1000. No one is assisting and expect more payments for *********** services
