Bad Services and not true to their word

I have just had a bad experience with Telkom, I have two Sim only contracts with them and i wanted to cancel one. I am not receiving any assistance but instead they are referring me back to the call center department that help me sign up. Apparently there is a Early termination fee that i was never told about, when i ask for a voice recording they are giving me telephone numbers for their agency. Bad service. They can't even log a complaint for me, or provide me with me with the ombudsman's numbers. Too bad
